You may be struggling at the moment, along with many others, with stress, anxiety and feeling like things are out of your control.
Meditation has been proven over and over again to help the mind and body develop a sense of peace and calm. More than ever, we all need the right tools to help ourselves.

But I know it is sometimes difficult to start to do the things that will benefit you the most.

After teaching meditation for many years to private clients and in classes. I know that some people really struggle with it – in fact, most people struggle to get going, build it into their day and see results.

**I’m putting together a new programme to help people overcome common blocks to meditating successfully …. and running a beta test first… at a low cost.**

So I’m looking for 10 committed people to work with on a 1-2-1 basis for six weeks to clear common blocks such as not finding time, resistance to letting go, inability to switch thoughts off, needing things to be perfect, and more. The sessions will be tailored specifically to your needs.

Each weekly session is approximately 60 minutes long and will help to remove the reasons why you can’t meditate, why it doesn’t work, and why you don’t see brilliant results. We look at reducing your stress levels and clearing the beliefs and energies around some of the things causing you extra stress.

I will also teach you 6 easy, but powerful meditations to practice at home as we go along.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will feel your stress and worry levels come right down and have some brilliant tools that you can use for life.

The investment is just £120 to cover 6 hours of personalised online tuition. You will also need to commit to a minimum of 10-20 minutes a day self practice. I would like to ask you questions at the end of the beta version to help me refine the programme and make sure it includes everything that people need to help them.
