A report published by the UK’s Mental Health Foundation showed that approximately a third of people surveyed were sleep deprived. Other findings showed that four times as many people with insomnia reported relationship difficulties, compared with good sleepers, 75% of people with insomnia reported poor concentration levels and 95% of people with insomnia reported low energy levels – compared to 40% of good sleepers.
