twin flame poem

Divinely Entwined

Some people’s lives are divinely entwined.
They criss and they cross and they twirl.
And they dance ad infinitum.
Around each other like ribbons in a breeze.
With a gravitational pull so strong.
It could hold planets and stars in perfect balance.
And the running only brings them back to parallel tracks.
Yet when they reach out they never quite touch one another’s hand.
So they continue running.
