If You Can’t Meditate, Do This Instead

Your mind is a machine and it needs to be switched off from time to time. Science, psychology and spiritual teachers the world over, from past, through to present have advocated meditation as a key way to do this. Because when you meditate, you get to switch off from the world around you, from the past, from the future. You get some brief respite from the stresses and strains of the world that we live in. Meditation puts you in touch with the real you, underneath the many layers of your thoughts. How can we create a great life for ourselves if we do not allow our soul to breathe? Meditation creates a channel for great peace, great calm, great intuition, great love, great abundance to flow through you. Meditation creates a channel for your soul to come online and integrate into your life. Your higher knowing, your best self. Your divinity. And we should do it every single day. However, it’s not easy for everyone to do. For many people it’s incredibly difficult. To find the time, the space, the motivation to keep trying. So I invite you to try this….. Try it for a few minutes every day. Try it every day and see how you feel.
